Terms of service

You must be 21 years or older to place an order. 

You must be 21 years or older to pick up an order or receive a delivery. A valid photo ID and signature are required.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns of already purchased products unless they have been damaged or the product is corked.

We cannot deliver or ship outside Massachusetts. Any refund requests for orders placed with a shipping address outside Massachusetts will be assessed a credit card processing fee.
